The Nursing Research on the Green Planning Committee invites all nurses practicing in any setting, as well as nursing students to present a poster presentation at our upcoming research conference in April.
We welcome submissions that highlight innovations, evidence-based practice, research findings, quality improvement initiatives, and educational strategies that advance nursing and healthcare.
Interested individuals must complete an Intent to Present Form with required details by December 15, 2025

Submission Requirements:
The following items are required to complete the Intent to Present Form:

Poster Title
-
Brief description (2-3 sentences) of the topic or project

Presenter name(s), credentials, and affiliations(s)

Contact email for lead presenter

Completed WNA Financial Disclosure form for each presenter who will be presenting the poster at the event.
NOTE: COI forms will be reviewed to ensure transparency and alignment with professional standards.
Review & Selection:
All intents will be reviewed by the planning committee. Selected presenters will be invited to submit a final abstract and poster (PDF) by the deadlines listed above.
Printed posters will be showcased during the conference and may also be displayed digitally on the website.
