Nursing Research on the Green is a free, community event held on the Viterbo University campus in La Crosse, WI which has been held annually since 2002. The event is put together by a planning committee consisting of several local healthcare providers. The aim for the event is to provide a forum for recognizing nursing scholarship and clinical practice innovations as well as sharing research. It is designed for nurses working in any setting, including students, and promotes utilization of quality improvement, program evaluation, evidence-based practice, and research through the dissemination of research findings and sharing of innovative ideas.

Success completion requirements: To earn contact hours for this live online activity, participants must attend one or more session of the multi-session activity and complete an online evaluation form (to be sent out via email after the event). For the online poster session participants are expected to spend a total of 45 minutes between 8:30 am and 12:30 pm interacting with the poster information online.

This activity has been submitted to WNA CEAP for approval to award contact hours. Wisconsin Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
