The Dahlberg Scholar Fund supports the keynote speaker each year, enabling us to bring nationally recognized nursing leaders to our region. This tradition reflects our commitment to elevating nursing scholarship and inspiring future-ready practice.

Our mission and values come to life each spring through an annual event, a day dedicated to learning, inspiration, and celebration.

The annual event is where our mission becomes visible, offering a space where curiosity is celebrated, collaboration is strengthened, and nurses are recognized as scholars and innovators.

The event first began in 2001 as a small, collaborative forum for sharing nursing research. Over time, it has grown into a multi-institutional celebration of community-based scholarship reflecting evidence-based practice, research, and innovation.

Nurses from all practice areas, students, educators, researchers, and community partners are welcome. Whether you’re presenting a project or exploring new ideas, there is a place for you at NROTG.
